Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use apsaraattire.com or order from Apsara Attire. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Returns, Exchange & Cancellation policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Notice.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. We deliver within India only.

Sarees, photographs and prices

  • Every saree is photographed and described as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light; ask us for a daylight video before you order.
  • Most sarees are single pieces. A saree may sell out between your visit and your order.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Delivery within India is free. The price shown when your order is confirmed is the price you pay.
  • If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before taking payment, and you may cancel.

How an order is made

You place an order through the website or on WhatsApp. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and payment is received. We may decline an order — for example if the saree has sold out — and if you have paid, we return the full amount.

Payment

There is no online payment on this website, and we never ask for card details or OTPs. Payment details (UPI or bank transfer) are shared on WhatsApp only after we confirm your order. Pay only to the details sent from our number, +91 85442 03804.

Offers and coupons

An offer or coupon code applies only while it is running and as described on the site. One code per order, not combined with other offers, and not exchangeable for cash.

Delivery

Delivery is free across India. Delivery times and tracking are explained in the Shipping Policy and confirmed on WhatsApp.

Cancellation, replacement and refunds

  • Cancel within 1 day (24 hours) of ordering; if you have paid, the full amount is returned.
  • After delivery: replacement only, for a saree that arrives damaged, defective or different from what we confirmed, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No returns or refunds for a change of mind. If a damaged, defective or wrong saree cannot be replaced, you may choose another saree or your money back.

Your personal data

We use your details only to confirm, deliver and support your order, as set out in the Privacy Notice, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.

Using this website

  • Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, copy its content in bulk or place false orders.
  • The photographs, text, logo and design belong to Apsara Attire and may not be reused without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the saree as described and for the remedies in our policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, natural events or strikes; we will keep you informed if one affects your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer, Ujjwal Kumar, at apsaraattireofficial@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 85442 03804. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
